This panel is provided to enable researchers, diagnostic manufacturers, and clinical labs to evaluate their HPV test systems using well-characterized samples. It is a panel of cultured human cells containing full-length, episomal DNA, representing high and low risk HPV types. Package of 5 members contains four positive members with transfected cells containing HPV16, HPV18, HPV31, or HPV11. The negative member contains non-infected cells. Cells are suspended in a buffered methanol solution. Supplied in single use vials, no additional processing required. 1 vial per member. For research use only.
