This is a synthetic, multiplex control, formulated for laboratory testing, molecular screening, and mutation testing, with assays that identify mutations in the cystic fibrosis transmembrane conductance regulator (CFTR) gene.
ACCURUN 644 covers all 47 mutations in the Luminex xTag™ Cystic Fibrosis 39 Kit v2 IVD Assay. The control immediately detects significant errors potentially missed or more difficult to identify with the use of rotating gDNA control schemes. For in vitro diagnostic use.
All mutations are contained in a single vial, decreasing the number of controls needed, improving error detection, and reducing cost. Refer to the product insert below for more information.
