This is a synthetic, multiplex control, formulated for research use in laboratory testing, molecular screening, and mutation testing, with assays that identify mutations in the cystic fibrosis transmembrane conductance regulator (CFTR) gene.
ACCURUN 632 covers all 32 mutations in the Abbott/Celera Cystic Fibrosis Genotyping Assay (CF IVD Core OLA). The control immediately detects significant errors potentially missed or more difficult to identify with the use of rotating gDNA control schemes. For research use only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures.
All mutations are contained in a single vial, decreasing the number of controls needed, improving error detection, and reducing cost. Refer to the product insert below for more information.
